Incorporated in 2017, Zenshin Clean Technologies (ZCTECH), a wholly own subsidiary of ZMC, is a cleaning specialist company based in Penang (Prai Industrial Park, Butterworth), who specialised in Precision Technical / Chemical Cleaning for the Semiconductor Industries mainly in South East Asian Countries. We specialise in cleaning parts from PVD, CVD and Etch Module Equipments.
We also provide total turnkey solutions to customers in Silicon Wafer Manufacturing, Wafer Fabrication, Advanced Packaging, Assembly/Test/Packaging, and our services include total kit management from replacement of spare parts, installations, parts cleaning, fabrication, repairs, material recycle as well.
