maintenance services, and certified training for equipment
and accessories to the Semiconductor and Microelectronics
industry in South East Asia, China, Taiwan and India.
We provide solutions for Silicon Wafer Manufacturing, Wafer
Fabrication, Assembly, Test and Packaging, Failure Analysis
/ Reliability, and Accessories and Consumables.
Service Competence and Response
More than 65% of ZMC’s team are engineering/technical
professionals by training. They are based in their respective
local territories to meet ZMC’s commitment to aim towards
zero-response time.
The Regional Logistics Centre is located in Singapore where
spares for various equipment are stocked and ready to be dispatched
at customers’ request and as required. In addition,
essential spares are also kept on stand-by in each office
or at customer’s premises for quick turn around.

Over the years, ZMC Technologies have received recognition

In a response by ZMC’s President, Mr. Lawrence Lee
after receiving a Special Award (In Appreciation of Excellent
Support) from one customer, “This is an achievement
