Incorporated in 2000, ZMC International was set up to concentrate on non-semiconductor products and services which ZMC Technologies had been working on at that time.

Its first project was the joint venture with Soft Test Inc. to establish Soft Test Asia, to provide Test Technology classes in the Asian region. Today, Soft Test Asia is an independent institution under the ZMC Group.

At the same time, a Chemicals Division was also set up to specialize in the sales of Industrial Chemicals. These include high-tech precision chemicals, detergents, and disinfectants.

Recently, ZMC has also extended its representation of equipment for the Petroleum and Petrochemical industries from China to South-east Asia, especially in the area of Liquid Natural Gas (LNG). These equipment include LNG Fueling Stations, Vehicle Tanks, Transportation Equipment, and Storage Equipment.
